Yes! It really is free to advertise on Musicalads.co.uk, anybody can use the site for free. It is free to become a member, free to place for sale and wanted adverts and view other aspects of the site.
Do I need to register to advertise?
Anyone wishing to leave an advert or use the facilities (anywhere on the site) must register. You do not need to register just to browse the site. It is easy to register for an account. We only need a few details, an email and password.
What do I get if I register?
You get your own account and can add, update and remove your own adverts, as well as the option of joining our mailing list. Plus, you can can use all other facilities on the site
How do I know when i'm registered?
Do you have a USER LOGIN and PASSWORD for Musicalads.co.uk (This would have been emailed to you)? If not, you need register for a user account. It is free and easy to register using the step by step registration process. Once you have registered once, remember your username and password and there will be no need for you to register again in the future.
How long will my ad stay on the site for?
Ads are displayed on Musicalads.co.uk for 2 weeks. After this period you will be given the opportunity to repeat the ad just in case you haven’t sold your item or want to continue promoting your services.
Why has my ad been deleted?
Your ad may have been reported to us or been identified as ‘inappropriate’. When this happens your ad will be temporarily suspended (this depends on a few things) until we look at it. We will check all reported ads as quickly as we can. Providing we don’t find any violations of the terms or conditions, your ad should go live again shortly. Your ad may have been removed from the site for violating the Terms and Conditions. In most cases we will email you to inform you when we have removed your ad. NB - these emails sometimes get directed to junk folders.
I can't find my ad, what's happpened?
It is possible your ad is not yet live on the site. There will be a short delay between submitting the ad, and it appearing live online. At our busiest times this could take a few hours. Your ad may have expired – if you posted your ad a while ago, it is possible that the ad has expired from the site. It is free for private advertisers so you can always re-place your ad. If you have looked at all the above possibilities, and none of them apply to your advert, please contact us on placeanad@musicalads.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
